TOURS DANIEL has no liability and will not make any refund in the event of delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond its direct control, and has no liability for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, diversions or acts of any government or authority.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent TOURS DANIEL E.I.R.L. from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your failure to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

SUPPLIER RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. The rate is only guaranteed once the purchase is complete. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not received on time.
You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you booked, which varies by hotel (generally 24 to 72 hours) prior to your arrival date, you will be subject to a charge equal to the applicable per night rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees. In the event that you do not show up for the first night of the reservation and plan to check in for subsequent nights on your reservation, you must confirm reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to avoid cancellation. of your reservation.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not allow changes or cancellations of reservations once they have been made, as outlined in the hotel’s rules and restrictions for booking. You agree to abide by the Terms of Use imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Local hotel sales, use, and/or occupancy taxes apply to the amounts we charge for our services (service fee and/or facilitation fee) in certain jurisdictions. Actual tax amounts on our services may vary based on rates in effect at the time of your hotel stay.
You may not make reservations for more than 8 rooms online for the same hotel/stay dates. If we determine that you have booked reservations for more than 8 rooms total in separate reservations, we may cancel your reservations and charge you a cancellation fee, if applicable. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. If you wish to make reservations for 9 or more rooms, you must contact our reservations center specialists or by completing the online group travel form. One of our group travel specialists will investigate your request and contact you to complete your reservation. You may be asked to sign a written contract and/or pay a non-refundable deposit.
Some hotel providers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. Such deposit is not related to any payment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with overseas entry requirements and that your travel documents such as passports and visas (transit, business, tourist and otherwise) are in order and all other overseas entry requirements are met. Tours Daniel has no special knowledge of foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We urge clients to review travel bans, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by relevant governments before booking travel to international destinations.
Passport and Visa: You must check with the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departing. We accept no liability if you are denied entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and appropriate passport, visa or other travel documents required by any airline, authority or country, including countries through which you may be transiting. This includes all stopovers made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or the airport.
Health: Vaccinations recommended for travel may change and you should consult your physician for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all health entry requirements, obtain recommended vaccinations, take all recommended medications, and follow all medical advice related to your travel.
Disinfection: Although not common, most countries reserve the right to disinfect aircraft if there is a perceived threat to public health, agriculture, or the environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization have approved the following disinfection procedures: (1) spraying the aircraft cabin with an aerosol insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) treating the interior surfaces of the aircraft with a residual insecticide while passengers are not on board.
Disputes and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitrations located in Peru for the resolution of any disputes.
To give us the opportunity to resolve any dispute between you and us arising out of or relating in any way to the Website, these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, any services or products provided, any dealings with our customer service agents, or any statements made by us (“Claims”), you agree to communicate your Claim to Tours Daniel by contacting us via email or telephone. You agree not to file any lawsuit or commence any arbitration proceedings until 60 days after the date on which you communicate your Claim to Customer Service. If we are unable to resolve your Claims within 60 days, you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court.
