How does real-time tracking work?+
When you confirm your booking, you receive a WhatsApp link that lets you see your driver's location in real time, without downloading any app.
Can I pay in cash?+
Not for now. Trips are scheduled bookings and are guaranteed by online payment with a credit or debit card, Yape or Plin, in soles or dollars.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
For immediate service you can book right now. For flights and scheduled services we recommend booking at least 6 hours in advance.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight in real time. If there is a delay, your driver automatically adjusts their arrival time at no extra cost.
Do drivers speak English?+
Yes, many of our drivers speak fluent English, especially those assigned to airport transfers and VIP services. You can request this when booking.
