Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

Multiservicios Kada EIRL (hereinafter "Remisse" or "the Platform"), registered at Jr. Arica 280, Miraflores, Lima, Peru, operates the services available at remisse.com.

Multiservicios Kada EIRL is a technology intermediary platform. It does not own vehicles nor employ drivers. Drivers are independent service providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking a service, or using the platform, you fully accept these Terms of Service, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

3. Services Offered

Remisse Peru facilitates the connection between passengers and verified drivers for:

  • Transfers to Jorge Chávez International Airport
  • Private executive and VIP transport in Lima
  • City tours and hourly hire
  • Long-distance transfers (Lima–Paracas, Lima–Ica, etc.)

Service availability may vary depending on zone, time, and driver availability.

4. Registration and User Account

  • Users must be 18 years or older to register.
  • Information provided must be accurate and up to date.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
  • Remisse reserves the right to suspend accounts with false information or misuse.

5. Rates and Payments

  • Rates are displayed in USD and PEN before confirming the booking.
  • Card payments include the requested service and processing charges.
  • Prices may vary due to high demand, zone, or vehicle type.
  • Electronic invoices are issued in PEN in compliance with SUNAT regulations.

6. Cancellation Policy

Immediate trips: free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking. After that, no credit or refund applies.

Scheduled trips paid by card:

Same calendar day as payment → 100% refund to original card (via Izipay, 5–10 business days).

From the day after payment, the passenger chooses between two options:

Option A — Remisse Credit (wallet · valid until Dec 31 of current year)

Credit is added to your Remisse wallet and valid until December 31 of the current year. Cash and mobile-wallet (Yape/Plin) payments are non-refundable. No-shows: 0% regardless of category.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Be at the pickup point on time.
  • Treat the driver with respect.
  • Do not transport illegal substances or dangerous materials.
  • Follow the driver's safety instructions.
  • Report any incident through official channels.

8. Remisse Responsibilities

  • Verify the identity and documentation of drivers.
  • Maintain the platform with 99% SLA uptime.
  • Protect personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law 29733.
  • Handle claims within a maximum of 5 business days.

Remisse is not responsible for damages arising from force majeure, traffic conditions, protests, natural phenomena, or other circumstances beyond its control.

9. Driver Conduct & Cancellation Policy

All drivers have signed a Digital Conduct Agreement (v2026-06) requiring: punctuality, appropriate attire, clean vehicle, prohibition of phone use while driving, and respectful treatment. Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension.

Immediate Service Cancellations

  • • 2-minute free window after accepting — no record
  • • Passenger no-show after 5 min — justified cancellation, no penalty
  • • Unjustified cancellation after 2 min — warning logged
  • • 3 unjustified cancellations in 24 h — 4-hour temporary block
  • • Cancellation rate >15 % in 7 days — 24-hour suspension

Charges are calculated on the service value and deducted from the driver's Remisse wallet. Suspension is lifted once the debt is settled.

Justified Exceptions (No Penalty)

Vehicle breakdown, medical emergency, police detention, passenger safety violations, or traffic accidents — each requires documentation submitted via in-app support within 30 minutes.

Appeals

Drivers may appeal any penalty within 72 hours via in-app support. Resolution within 3 business days. Valid appeals result in full reversal of charges.

Remisse acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. missed flights) caused by driver cancellations. Liability is limited to reimbursement of the service cost if payment was collected.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content (brand, logo, design, software) is the property of Remisse Peru or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Modifications

Remisse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or through a platform notice. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru. For consumer claims, users may contact INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection).
